Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
- Close deals and achieve the target as well
Job Requirements
- 5+ years Experience in sales management in Egypt is a MUST
- Experience in ERP, CRM sales management is preferable skills
- Awareness of Egyptian market opportunities and competition
- Excellent communication and team leading skills
- Fluent English
- Excellent presentation (oral and documentation) skills
- Owning a car is a must
