  • Checks collector from clients and suppliers.
  • Handling company monthly payments as require.
  • Deliver and transport documents and supplies between company branches.
  • Dealing with governmental authorized including social insurance, tax authority, courier and Investment Authority.
  • Bank transactions.
  • Business for courier companies.
  • Organization and inventory of stationary store.
  • Publications and annual gifts of the company.
  • Follow with maintenance technicians to ensure quality of work.
  • Manage the relation with mobile operators as the authorized representatives of the company.
  • Understand privacy rules and not tamper with package or document.
  • Ensure that messages are delivered in a time efficient manner.
