About the Job
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams
  • Act as in-house platform expert and escalation point on product and technology issues
  • Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
  • Assist in the development of new internal products and in the vetting and on-boarding of new third party ad platforms
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate work flow
  • Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with media teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies
  • Prepare quotations and communicate with the financial team to issue the invoices on monthly basis and collect the payment.
  • Follow up with the finance team to collect the due payments.
  • Prepare business review on weekly basis to update the team leaders with the current situation.
Job Requirements
  • 2 - 4 Years of experience in digital marketing operations.
  • Organized, logical and thorough with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a time sensitive environment
  • Communicate effectively across all stakeholders, external and internal
  • Sociable, confident, enthusiastic, and motivated
