Job Description
- Setting annual targets and objectives for each product and service and meet theses targets with the team.
- Create and implement sales and export development and objectives for short and long terms.
- Setting and discussing the annual budget for the sales and export sector.
- Create and develop sales and export processes, policies, and procedures.
- Speaking and representing the group at conferences, events, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Setting and maintaining the products positioning and pricing strategies to ensure long term market share.
- Establish and maintain relationships with markets influencers, current and potential customers.
- Market and sell the products and services in local and global markets.
- Regular market surveys and SWOT analysis for the group and its competitors.
- Ensuring the customers satisfaction and increase their products loyalty.
- Dealing with emergencies and unplanned sales issues.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions for mega projects.
- Ensure the Following of filing and archiving system.
- Support the financial sector to accelerate delivery and enhance the cash flow.
- Supervise and motivate the sales teams and determining the needed training per each.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferred in Electrical)
- Diploma in Sales or marketing.
- Master in business Administration.
- 15 years of Experience in sales in the same field.
- At least last 5 years in selling electrical products
- At least 3 years in Export
- At least 5 years in an industrial business
