About the Job
  • Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage sales team members on daily basis & provide guidance whenever needed.
  • Work with the sales team leaders to implement new sales techniques to achieve profit.
  • Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
  • Manage the needed reports to the Commercial director.
  • Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
  • Updating management on the status of all prospects.
  • Develop and implement the strategic plan for the area which was developed with sales director.
  • Selling full portfolio of PROGATE products & searching for new clients.
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
  • Review, evaluate & adjust sales procedures and way to achieve best sales results.
  • Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 10 – 12 years of experience in the same position.
  • Strong proven experience in Real estate.
  • Advanced Sales diploma is preferred
