Job Description
- Ensure that the SHE rules / regulations is communicated to all employees on site
- Insures that the work done in safety projects is meeting quality requirements
- Asses in identifying the potential risks in the production areas.
- Contact external suppliers for ( PPE ) Personal protective equipment to check the most suitable prices in the market .
- Communicate the existing and forthcoming SHE legislation and standards, assess and
- Advise on their likely impact on our manufacturing sites.
- Identification of the hazards arising from our operations, activities, and services and determine those that may impact on Safety, Health
- Identification of the adequate controls / procedures to minimize the potential risk of occupational injury or illness.
- Ensuring that the implementation of any agreed improvements is monitored and that the improvements are effective in reducing the risk of Safety, health.
- Identification of the possible crisis / emergencies might arising from our operation, activities and services.
- Practice the possible crisis and emergency plans drills on site including building evacuation, assembly and roll call with respect to factory SHE issues at least once a year for each emergency.
- Ensuring that all incidents, injuries, illnesses, non-conformance & serious SHE incidents involving and/or potentially involving, injury to persons, significant damage to property or the environment are reported immediately and that those having the potential for serious loss must be thoroughly investigated.
- Ensuring that the corrective and preventive actions are well completed with follow up system to close each action raised.
- Co-ordinate the SHE policies across all employees through induction training program.
Job Requirements
- At least 6-9 years working experience
- Engineering Graduate
