Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales process from beginning to closing the deal
  • Manage the team of sales and support them
  • Help in choosing his team
  • Ensure a smooth and dynamic work-flow
  • Support his team with info and direct the sales
  • Consult clients on market conditions and explain our Competitive advantage.
  • Introduce our offers and Negotiate with customers
  • Monitor the property market
Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of hands on sales and typically prefer graduates with qualifications in civil engineering.

Key Skills:

  • Well known with Egypt market to clarify our advantages
  • Know how to close the deal and all negotiation about market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
