About the Job
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Produce yearly sales forecasts and monthly actual sales report.
  • Report results to Managing Director.
Job Requirements
  • From 7-10 years of experience and not less than 2 years in the same position.
  • Aquatinted by the Customers channel of dermo-cosmetics.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills,
  • Good business sense.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to travel throughout Egypt.
  • Computer skills for spreadsheets to prepare company sales reports.
