Job Description
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer base.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Produce yearly sales forecasts and monthly actual sales report.
- Report results to Managing Director.
Job Requirements
- From 7-10 years of experience and not less than 2 years in the same position.
- Aquatinted by the Customers channel of dermo-cosmetics.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills,
- Good business sense.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Initiative and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to travel throughout Egypt.
- Computer skills for spreadsheets to prepare company sales reports.
