Job Description
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Organizing events and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
- Responsible for maintaining brand standards on websites and all other communications.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English ( is a must)
- Advanced project and time management skills with proven track record juggling multiple and competing projects, filtering information and assessing priorities (Essential)
- Excellent verbal communications skills including ability to decipher, draft and disseminate key messages (Essential)
- Excellent copy writing skills in order to both create and review written materials in line with key messages (Essential)
- A proven track record of successfully managing multiple internal and external clients and stakeholders (Essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly IT literate with strong skills across all Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organized + punctual
- A fast learner, self-starter and a supportive team player – willing to multi-skill, help others and able to ask for help
