Job Description
- Review operations & confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
- Train, evaluate operators and technicians
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of materials and semi finished product or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems
- Coordinate & recommend procedures for facility & equipment maintenance or modification
- Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints
- Achieving the production plan
- Decrease the cost by increase the productivity and decrease the waste and over time
- Follow up Production Lines to produce high quality products with a high productivity
- Continually training of technicians &operators to get a high efficiency
- Check up the yield variance on monthly basis to check up on waste percentage
- Check up the production documentations
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers
- Responsible of Extrusion. Department

Job Requirements
- Graduated from faculty of Science,/vet or Biomedical
- 2-3 years experience in same field necessary training is done by the factory Manager
- Writing ,Reporting & Presentation skills
