About the Job

Operation Coordinator core responsibilities include:

  • Introduce new members to the community
  • Greet guests and provide customer support
  • Manage and control memberships
  • Maintain accounting and financial records
  • Open and close space daily
  • General Space Management

Workings conditions:

  • 2 Day Shifts
  • Shift Duration: 7 hours/Shift
  • Morning Shift: 9 AM to 4 PM/Night Shift: 4 PM to 11 PM
  • 5 days per week

  • Fresh graduate
  • Flexibility in shifts (Morning/Night Shift)
  • Excellency in databases, MS Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication in [Arabic & English] languages
