Job Description
- Generate Leads to work on.
- Manage Telesales agents and set closing ratios for team.
- Meet annual set targets as per the annual sales plan.
- Monitor team / unit performance and come up with plans to achieve the target.
- Design and enhance call scripts.
- Closely monitor performance to identify techniques that increase closing ratios.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a telesales environment preferred in Medical insurance or bank .
- 8 years solid experience in same field.
- Insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Proven track record of success.
