Job Description

  • Set the trade Base price and end consumer price.
  • Plan the annual Sales by product and channel.
  • Lead the Product / Category weekly. Monthly and Quarterly SRF ( Sales Running Forecast)
  • Plan of the Marketing Activities (PFS) by product and Channel, targeting highest sales and profitability with TM
  • Sign- off the rebates, contracts, bonuses and discounts.
  • Analyze the activities effectiveness and setting action plans
  • Analyze the product's visibility, identify and drive action plans with TM
  • Analyze the products coverage, identify and drive action plans with the sales team.
  • Analyze the availability of the products, identify and drive action plans with the sales team.
  • Analyze the Retail Audit (Market Shares and distribution), identify and drive action plans.
  • Identify the Annually required researchers (Trade, Shopper, Consumer) including Digital & Market Audit.
  • Analyze the researchers, identify and drive action plans.
  • Achieve Net operating profit of the product / Category ( Track sales revenue, Analyze COGS and GP, controlling the market Budget)
  • Drive the products’ development and innovations plans based on the 3 years strategy to grow the brand equity

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English Language
  • 5-7 Years of Experience, 2 of them in the Product Management
  • Very good communication skills
