- Handle tickets on all Swvl's communication channels
- Hold Support Shifts as assigned by Comm. Ops Manager
- Apply all Comm. Ops. Policies (Response Time, etc..)
- Improving and making sure all policies are applied Execute all Comm. Ops.
- Tasks assigned by Comm. Ops. Manager
- Survey customers needs and report it to all necessary teams
- Response Immediately with a call to all low ratings
- Report Technical Issues to the Tech. Team by email
- Report all Drivers concerns to Quality Team by email
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Fresh graduates and experienced personnel are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in call centers is a plus.
- Maximum Age: 35.
- Gender: both males and females.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
