Job Description
- Responsible for managing, supervising and leading the sales and marketing efforts within the organization
- Build sustainable customer relationships
- Initiate and implement B2B approaches strategies
- Prepare and implement an efficient and profitable Sales and Marketing plans
- Manages sales & marketing costs and budgets
- Design and develop effective promotion plans and marketing materials
- Grasp local and international business opportunities in the field of land reclamation and agricultural businesses
- Deliver and meet sales targets
- Manages accounts and close sales deals.
- Research, analyze market and customers’ information
- Define potential customers based on efficient market segmentation plan
- Support the product orientation and company branding; arrange and coordinate investment exhibitions, etc.
- Manage and oversee the digital marketing efforts
- Perform risk and P&L analysis techniques
Job Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience and at least 5 years in a similar role
- Bachelor degree in business
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Revenue Management
- Agricultural experience is a plus
- Proven track record in well-known organizations or corporates
