Job Description
Duties And responsibilities:
- Meet, with Client to determine Requirements & Needs.
- Follow up & Coordination with Clients and ensuring fulfilling of their requirements
- Ensuring Client satisfaction during Design Phases
- Design & Create solutions (Sketches, Plans & Specifications).
- Develop presentations which may include drawings, sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards, photographs or models.
- Coordinate & Approve working drawings and specifications for implementing the design (including materials, finishes, joinery work and furnishings.
- Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with suppliers, arrange samples and prepare specifications.
- Collaborate with professional and technical consultants (mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, architects, audio-visual consultants).
- Report timescales & progress to the Art Director / CEO.
- Discuss price quotations for designs using standard pricing schemes and including options for using different materials with projects department.
- Manage a team of designers & draftsman for the technical details and guide them on all design matters.
- Preparing the scope of work and timeline for team and drawings and conceptual details.
- Nominate suppliers and contractors (With coordination with the Projects Manager) according to the design and materials selected by the client.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Design details on site, with coordination with the Quality Manager & Projects Manager.
- Provide a weekly report to the Art Director / CEO for the projects assigned
and design issues and changes. - Attend coordination meetings with regards to all design matters.
- Do coordination meetings with other consultants on all Mechanical & Electrical aspects of the projects.
- Check drawing packages before issuance to owners and site.
- Following up preparing the material list, sample boards and bill of quantities for the approved design.
- Anticipating design work to be produced, time frames and resources needed as realistic programs.
- Interact with departments and vendors to ensure all requests are being completed satisfactorily.
- Coordinate all approved projects.
- Assist in ensuring that clear and accurate reporting of active, pending and completed projects is maintained and understood within the team.

- Visualization or Architectural qualifications or equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute.
- Proven post qualification experience in producing high quality architectural / interior still images and animations.
- Experience in the use of SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD and any other graphic or rendering software is essential.
- Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Experience with animation, video and compositing would be beneficial.
