Job Description
- Develop a business strategy to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimizing profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales revenues.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Manage store budget and maintain financial records
- Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
- Liaising with Head Office
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- V.good English
- Proven successful experience as a branch manager & seniority in sales.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
