Job Description
- Check on daily requests and respond to it on time.
- Ensure the best option and rates are given to the client according to his needs considering profitability.
- Communicate the ticket details to the client.
- Collect ticket fees from the client then issue the ticket for the client.
- Responsible for medical insurance for Egyptian clients willing to travel abroad.
- Ensure communicated customer satisfaction rates are maintained.
- Support clients with their inquiries and report escalations to line manager/concerned department.
- Align with other departments to ensure smooth running operations.
- Refund tickets upon client’s requests.
- Reissue the ticket in case the client wishes to modify it.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing (Amadeus – Galilio – Sabre)
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Excellent in the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Customer service skills.
