About the Job
  • Conduct QA audit and ensure that employees follow the company process and standards,
  • Perform the ISO review and audit on all the company departments,
  • Work for the continuous process improvement,
  • Work as a process guide and make awareness of the company process to the employees,
  • Plan for the quality goals and conduct monitoring to them,
  • Monitor implementing the Senior management decisions,
  • Make status reports to the senior management of all the quality goals,
  • Perform audit on antivirus update & scan and the backup processes,
  • Present the work process to the ISO and QA consultants to ensure that the, NTQMS processes are going in the right track and then check the work progress,
  • Meet with department heads for any update in the process or standards,
Job Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Quality Assurance certificate (CMMI or ISO certificate)
  • Excellent English Language
  • Excellent Computer skills
