Job Description
Reception Management
- Greet, assist and direct visitors.
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Meeting Rooms Control
- Controlling meeting rooms reservation according to room capacity, number of attendees,meeting duration and providing needed equipment.
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
Secretarial work
- Provide all required secretarial work required by the top management
- Handle in and out couriers
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Travel Arrangement
- Handle trips arrangements including visa issue, ticketing, hotel reservations etc.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
• Presentable
• Excellent English
• Very Good/Excellent “Microsoft MS”
• Very good communication skills
