Job Description
Sales managers are responsible for acquiring new clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling and business-to-business visits. The Sales manager is responsible for the junior sales executives ensuring they are making enough outbound calls, sales attempts and are adhering to the company's sales policies and procedures. It is the sales manager's duty to make sure his/her team reaches its goal and achieves its target sales.
