Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.
Attend stakeholders meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
Take minutes of meeting for different meetings and ensure communicating it along with all concerned parties.
Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects progress, quality of outcomes, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder's needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
Track & manage expected change notices and change orders in the project and communicate it with all stakeholders.
Maintain complete project documentation to ensure proper documentation and data retrieve.
Follow department SOPs and flow charts to ensure efficient work operations.
Communicate with different departments to ensure achieving pre-set objectives and resolving escalated problems.
Develop all needed reports to ensure efficient results Effectively apply

University degree in any discipline, Business Administration is more preferable.
PMP is a must.
Excellent follow up and organization skills.
Very good communication, presentation skills.
Good analytical skills.
Good User of MS office and PMP software.
Excellent command of English language.
