We are looking for a responsible "Admin Assistant & Sales Rep." to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties include:
- Providing support to managers & employees
- Assisting in daily office needs
- Finding new sales' leads through business directories and client referrals
- Working with clients to find solutions for what they want
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Managing the company's general administrative activities
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
