Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate the performance evaluation process, review the evaluation targets with the managers in order to increase the awareness with the performance evaluation system and make sure that the targets were put appropriately and that the process is going as planned and that the required technical support to the managers was presented.
  • Design the final performance indicators and present an overall report with the organizational performance in order to be able to give recommendations and support taking actions concerning this issue.
  • Make the training plan for all the required training programs whether in the performance appraisal or any other exceptional requirements regarding the organizational targets that aims at developing the organizational performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the implementation of the development programs and reviewing it in order to make sure that they meet the required quality standards from the partners and the beneficiaries in the company.
  • Design, amend and keep different organizational structures for different departments, in order to document administrative expertise and the supervision outlines within the organization.
  • Design and implement projects that target the development of the work environment including the culture and the values through conducting surveys or contacting the employees in order to go consistently with the changes taking place in the organization.
  • Support other positions in the HR department in order to balance the work load in the other departments as needed.
  • Train the employees based on the training plan and develop the training contents that matches the organization needs considering the organizational targets and needs.
  • Design, implement and amend orientation programs for the new employees in order to merge with the organization environment.
  • Keep and updates the HR policies and procedures for documentation and make sure that they are corresponding with the organizational targets and that they are matching the changes within the company and share awareness with the partners.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in organization development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management abilities to see projects till completion
  • Relevant HR/OD certification is highly desired
  • Adept user of Microsoft office applications
  • Location: Mainly HO with regular schedule of presence in Field offices inside ARE
