Job Description
- Perform general Accounting duties as assigned by supervisors
- Produce periodical detailed revenue and tax reports
- Issue invoices to customers after reviewing and confirming adequacy of prices and approvals
- Process credit memos
- Maintain and update invoices master file
- Maintain and update receipts master database
- Attend on time to e‐mail inquiries and correspondences
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites and/or
send to customer by e‐mail - Submit invoices/journals by electronic data interchange to the ERP and perform the necessary accounting journals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Years of experience: 2-3 years of experience
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Language skills: Excellent command of English
