Creation and updating of detailed documentation of datacenter storage infrastructure in existing datacenters
Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance of production storage and backup systems,
Provide ongoing management and improvement of activities related to enterprise storage and backup infrastructure,
Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production systems,
Improve, develop and maintain automation of daily tasks,
Create and maintain technical documentation of storage and backup environment,
Level 2 escalation support for storage and server infrastructure based incidents
Virtualization: Virtualization infrastructure based on OpenStack

Proven experience in supporting large scale Enterprise storage infrastructure (EMC and Huawei Storages
Proven experience in supporting large scale Enterprise backup infrastructure (EMC Networker and DataDomain, EMC AVAMAR, Commvault)
Proven experience in supporting storage area networks (SAN) based on CISCO and Huawei switches
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment,
Good English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,
Ability to work within a team and in co-operation with other teams and third parties,
Ability to support infrastructure on on-call duty,
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Computer: EMC and Huawei Storages / EMC Networker and DataDomain, EMC AVAMAR, Commvault

Years of Experience: At least 7 years direct experience focused on large-scale Enterprise Storage management, implementation, and support.

Relevant Backup and Storage Certification is required.
