Job Description
- Generating leads from different projects manage by the company.
- Managing the content diary for social media content. With the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy by supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
- Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advertising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity.
- Managing the organizations social media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
- Using the CRM to maximize online marketing opportunities.
- Developing, marketing plans, put strategies and evaluating marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in Real Estate
- Previous online marketing experience ideally from the same or similar industry not less than 5 years.
- Have experience in digital marketing and search engine optimization, be proficient in WordPress and Google Adwords
- Degree educated major Marketing.
- Experience of HTML coding and Photoshop would be an advantage.
- Analytical and proactive approach to online marketing.
