Job Description
- Preparation of the project baseline schedule which is cost and resource loaded.
- Preparation of the Labor Productivity for various activities on site.
- Review of Sub-contractors baseline schedules as per the main baseline schedule.
- Preparation of the S-curves (Cost, Duration and Resources).
- Update the baseline program with actual as per the progress on site.
- Advise the PM with regards to the causes of delay and mitigation measures to recover the delays.
- Advise the PM on probable causes of future delays and mitigation measures.
- Monitoring of Sub-contractors progress of Works, Submittal status (Materials, Shop drawings, Calculations etc.).
- Prepare Monthly Report to (Planning, Risk, Outstanding Items etc.), Weekly report to be submitted to the Client.
- Prepare internal project update reports.
- Specific reports requested by the Clients as a part of their monitoring systems.
- Attend weekly progress meeting with the Client and Consultants.
- Attend internal project meeting with PM and site team.
- Perform technical reviews & provide design shop drawings and technical program documents (plan, schedule...etc).
- Handling the project starting from planning till closing out it.
Job Requirements
- Experience in facade solutions will be an asset GRC,GRP,GRG and finishing projects
- A dynamic, results-oriented & competent Civil Engineer with 8 years experience in technical management, construction and claims preparation.
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and accomplishing construction projects within defined time/cost parameters. Key competencies in the present construction methodologies and in managing materials & manpower resources to register a maximum productive output.
- Possess an integrated set of competencies in implementing and supervising corporate planning activities, including the development of work plans, communication of the long-range and short-range strategic business plans and monitoring and reporting of corporate performance.
- Proven expertise in site administration, construction management with a solid record of performing leveling, quantity surveying, quality control, site maintenance activities. Demonstrated excellence in liaising with contracting principles to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues.
- Innate strengths in designing and implementing quality control systems and procedures to ensure strict adherence to quality parameters, minimize rejections and achieve highest quality standards. A technical specialist in designing, checking and drafting work flow with expertise in setting up coordination with the various engineering disciplines.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills coupled with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Strong ability to influence thinking, forge strategic alliances and build consensus.
