Job Description
- Manage new projects , planning & Distributors’ infrastructure .
- Find the right distributor in line with the needs & the policies of the company and finalize all the necessary steps to contract with concerned distributor.
- Developing the plans which are in line with the company's brand strategy in order to meet volume objectives and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the consumer.
- Managing the Sales Audit Team.
- Logistics, Forecast interface & Supply Chain.
- Split the monthly targets for all regions, distributors & key accounts based on previous achievements, potential & priorities.
- Handling reporting system that supports all user requirements.
- Alarms for any possible deviations from plan.
- In primary or secondary sales due to forecast or production issues or sales budget.
- Following up on products 100% implementation in the market and in the distributors location.
