Job Description
- Responsible for Production Operations. Managing the production staff. Flow the production plan and Review production target. Daily production report.
- Maintain Machinery parameters for startup phase during operating and shutdown to ensure minimum loss of production time.
- Stick to Quality STDs during production process.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Operations Analysis - Analyzing needs and product requirements.
Job Requirements
