Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.
- Maximize outside and inside sales development through proactive activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed.
- Develop solid working relationships with Franchise center director(s) to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities.
- Active involvement in respective business community, including membership in such organizations as Chamber of Commerce, trade centers / councils, etc.
- Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end user interviews, sales, companies and contacts.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Prepare order configurations and price quotations and routes to customer; completes government bid requests and reviews with Sales Manager prior to submission to agencies.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Submits sales activity and forecast reports to Sales Manager; provides briefings to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested.
Job Requirements
- Service Selling experience is a must (ex. Insurance, Telecommunications, Hospitality or Education)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
- Corporate Selling experience is a plus
- Very Good Language Skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Sales-oriented.
- Results-driven.
- Competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills.
- Flexibility to work in Cairo and Giza.
