Job Description
- Full responsibility of Arabic and English content in correspond with the SOP, to provide support to our professional sales and marketing team.
- Overseeing all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality to make it fit for purpose & appropriate to the clients
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- a long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.
- Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing content
- Conducting periodic Comparative audits
- Ensuring consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation strategies
- Work closely with company's both short- and long-term goals, to ensure a consistent message across channels
- Attending appropriate meetings along with members of the team and preparing accurate notes of outcomes and following up activity as required
- Working with Operations Team and Dept. Managers to ensure that store communications, queries and issues are addressed efficiently and accurately
- Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure that all standards are met and maintaining effective communication between the departments
- Editing existing content for clarity, spelling, and grammar if needed
- Working closely with colleagues in the Digital Marketing/Web team to create and upload web content and assets to keep the web site in line with brand proposition. Set up promotional content as required to support marketing campaign.
- Periodic benchmarking of competitors' websites to suggest and define a web site improvement plan.
- Assuring continuous quality check on content to give short, clear and promotional message to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in English, English Literature or translations.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience editing content.
- Continuous involvement of strategy is a must.
