Job Description

Technical support representative provides telephone and online assistance to users and mainline software products.

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software.
  • Undertaking analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail& face-to-face contact.
  • Escalating unresolved problems to Level 2 support.
  • Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue
  • Support Microsoft Systems administration functions in Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Support various operating systems and applications (Windows 7, Windows XP, and Microsoft Office).
  • Leverage support technologies such as remote desktop, VNC, Device control, Antivirus,
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
  • Raising & maintaining incident tickets and problem records.
  • Support applications Banking & Brokerage field (BMIS- CIMS- APEX)

Job Requirements

  • B.S. in computer science or related discipline.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support.
  • From 2-4 Hands-on experience.
