Job Description
Technical support representative provides telephone and online assistance to users and mainline software products.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software.
- Undertaking analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail& face-to-face contact.
- Escalating unresolved problems to Level 2 support.
- Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue
- Support Microsoft Systems administration functions in Active Directory and Exchange.
- Support various operating systems and applications (Windows 7, Windows XP, and Microsoft Office).
- Leverage support technologies such as remote desktop, VNC, Device control, Antivirus,
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- Raising & maintaining incident tickets and problem records.
- Support applications Banking & Brokerage field (BMIS- CIMS- APEX)
Job Requirements
- B.S. in computer science or related discipline.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support.
- From 2-4 Hands-on experience.
