Job Description
- Assist the Marketing Director with all day-to-day social media activities, with a high degree of autonomy over execution
- Manage editorial calendar development for all social channels, including content duration and copy-writing (channels include, but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn)
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to maintain one digital strategy plan
- Assist with planning and execution of company’s social media strategy
- Work closely with an internal creative team to develop custom creatives for social platforms
- Identify and develop relationships with influencers and lead strategic product sampling efforts
- Actively participate in planning and execution of all big-ticket marketing campaigns, especially their social components
- Lead a team of juniors through their tasks
Job Requirements
- Excellent writing and communications skills.
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media channels
- Ability to work on several projects and meet deadlines
- A creative mindset that shows through your work.
- Passion for helping different departments (BD, PR, & production).
- Detail-oriented attitude and aptitude.
- Have a passion for social media and a proven ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment
- Personal ambition to embrace challenges and go the extra mile.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Have an eye for detail & some analytical skills
- An excellent command with major social media platforms.
- You can easily adapt messages for different platforms to reach different audiences.
- Familiarity with basic design principles and visuals.
- Fluent in English
