Job Description
- Manages and directs team of software developers, Evaluates their performance.
- Responsible for tracking and following up tools and applications developing projects depending on ASP.net, C#, Java.
- Measure & quantify software development process and implement improvements
- Researches product development options and provides analysis for product direction.
- Consults with internal departments to identify customer needs and include into project objectives.
- Use efficiency and leadership skills to aide in coordination with developers and produce timely and effective platform and project releases.
Job Requirements
- Experience in ASP.net, C#, Java.
- Experience in managing such large projects with multiple software developers.
- 4 or more years of industry standard systems analysis techniques
- Leadership.
