- Set strategies, goals, and work plans and for the quality department.
- Prepare the annual budget for the quality department.
- Plan quality Control operations at different points of the process productivity between the various stages of production and supervision of the implementation and evaluation of results.
- Control GSM and quality type of paper stock
- Control recycle paper to be 80% from our consumption
- Control local paper to be 100% from recycle paper
- Approve master card requisition
- Approve deviation form
- Verify sample process
- Check requests from sales department
