Job Description
- Protect the brand & increase brand loyalty with our customers.
- Review user content and escalate or flag if needed.
- Take the lead on the comments being made on the social media platforms by responding to customers in a timely manner.
- Respond to comments & customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize & participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Job Requirements
- 0-1+ Year of experience.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and communication both orally & written.
- Being able to make a good judgment on individual cases and escalating more serious concerns to senior team.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Very Good in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- A good awareness of social media and all aspects of the digital age.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
- Being able to make a good judgment on individual cases and escalating more serious concerns to members of the senior management team.
- You must have excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and other social media.
- Living near Ard El Golf is preferable (Heliopolis, Nasr City, Sheraton, Nozha…etc.).
