Job Description
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- coordinate with HR payroll specialist the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Updates and Creates HR policies.
- Writing job descriptions
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as HR Generalist
- preferred to have HR certificate
- Males Only.
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Very good English language
- High personal skills
