Software Development Engineer (SDE) - Multinational Company

• The EMEA GES DATA Team is looking for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) based in Egypt. As a Software Development Engineer on the team, you will take work on software design, development, delivery and support of new operational and analytics applications built natively in AWS and other state-of-the-art technology based mainly.
• You will build systems for supporting operations of the entire EMEA GES (Global Engineering Services) organization.
• A successful SDE will have a broad array of experiences, exceptional design skills, an excellent ability to solve problems, good communication skills and a desire to be a key technical contributor.
• You will have a strong sense of ownership and you will collaborate with very senior levels of engineers, business intelligence engineers, stakeholders and managers.

About the team

EMEA Global Engineering Services (GES) supports the greater EMEA Market Operations organization with end-to-end project lifecycle planning, design, execution, and integration. GES consists of 5 functional groups and each group provides unique support for projects within Global Operations, ranging from new launches and building expansions to retrofits of existing sites and more.

As a central team, the DATA Team acts as the Technological department for all EMEA GES functional groups. We own and develop state-of-the-art applications that support the majority of the operational and informational tasks of the organization, therefore our role is critical for the success of new launches and building expansions. Our focus is to automate operative processes, enable a customer-centric reporting, manage all corporate data governance and analytic solutions.
