Job Description
- Designing and implementing functional network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
- Resolving issues that tiers of support have escalated.
- Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
- Responsible for firewall configuration
- Monitor network performance and integrity.
- Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure.
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
- Communicate with users when needed
- Maintain complete technical documentation
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
- Dealing with vendors.
- Conducting regular network performance tests.
- Delegating networking maintenance tasks to junior staff.
- Drawing up network status reports.
- Responsible for Security Systems installation, Maintenance, and Technical Support including Access Control, IP CCTV, and Time & Attendance.
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols
- Familiarity with communication and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with access control models and network security
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience at least 6 - 8 years.
- Industry-related experience as Network Administrator.
- Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP - or similar ). Is a plus.
- Solid background in network administration and architecture
- Sharp troubleshooting skills.
- High-level problem-solving and communication skills.
