Job Description
- Ensures administrative and organizational support for the department / team managers and their teams.
- Manages ad-hoc requests for managers.
- Organizes travel, visa and accommodation arrangements
- Manages E-Mail, written mail, fax.
- Manages phone calls, inquiries and requests.
- Organizes and maintains diaries and appointments.
- Maintains internal document / correspondence repository.
- Prepares and maintains presentations, reports, analysis, statistics etc.
- Prepares meetings (content and organizational wise), ensures documentation during meetings and related follow-up on tasks and measures.
- Prime contact for administrative matters of department / team
- Continuous improvement of administrative processes and tools within department / team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
- Advanced English Language.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Organization & Time Management Skills.
