Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company's materials and product inventory including stock profiles and stock
locations. - Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to the company s
procedures. - Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
- Produce weekly reports to ensure Key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any
discrepancies are addressed and resolved. - Ensure accuracy of inventory counts, analyze results, book- to -physical reconciliations, investigate
variances, and resolve issues through the use of root-cause analysis. - Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products' quality (status upon delivery and
storage conditions). - Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures for inventory transactions.
- Manage the local inventory system by processing change of prices and change of season transactions.
- Discrepancies upon receipt of shipments.
- Maintain stock analysis reports for warehouses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Construction background is Must
- Experience Needed: 4 to 7 years
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience in using ERP System -SAP
