Job Description
- Working with the marketing team to achieve the marketing objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to plan marketing activities
- Event research, planning, development, implementation on time and on budget
- Event follow up, debrief, and analysis
- Supplier and cost management
- Contribution to budget planning, monitoring ongoing (and final) spend and delivering the best possible ROI for events
- Competitor feedback
- Answer email and phone inquiries for events in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain top-of-mind knowledge of the different types of event offerings and pricing.
- Coordinate with the other departments (Marketing, Production, Retail, & Sales, etc.) as needed.
- Plan all aspects of the event and communicate effectively with the clients and staff.
- Act as the “project manager,” ensuring each “to-do” for the event is done on time.
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deal.
- Organize facilities and manage all event details such as Activation, transportation, location, promotional material, etc.
- Work and monitor each event to ensure a smooth operation and client satisfaction
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Able to work under time constraints and deadlines Create sales opportunities.
