Job Description
- Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure the production of promotional materials is implemented on time and within quality standards.
- Ensure the production process of promotional materials matches the required designs and engineering specifications.
- Follow up the timeline of the production process and resolve technical issues that may arise during the process.
- Analyze and investigate promotional material production processes to shape future marketing events.
- Collaborate with the designers to promote marketing production awareness and efforts.
- Coordinate between designer and supplier for any design issues.
- Liaise with external suppliers/vendors to execute marketing events and exhibitions.
- Continuously conduct market research to find new suppliers to maintain the process of marketing production.
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing production outcomes.
- Participate in outbound or inbound marketing activities, campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers/vendors through networking and prospecting.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in, Architectural Engineering, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Marketing Material Productions, fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Very Good command of English.
- Sound Knowledge of different promotional material printing specifications.
- Demonstrable experience with the requirements and specifications for booth production.
- Excellent creativity and innovative skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
