Job Description
- Study company products
- Present company profiles and company presentations to clients.
- Study projects specification and get involved in project selection.
- Full responsibility for company offers including instructions for preparation of offers, reviewing offers for corrections and amendments, and finally submitting offers to clients
- Supervise submittals presented to clients
- Conduct meetings with clients
- Evaluate and review contracts and POs
- Supervising the full cycle of quotation, submittal, PO release, PO delivery, payment with client and company procedures
- Attend all company training and be prepared with questions especially regarding manufacturers presentations
- Coordinate with a manager during manufacturer visits with our company requirements and organize sales meetings with clients
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Study projects documents and consultant's requirements (vendor list, legend, specs and BOQ) and present the most suitable offer from our company range complying with the contractor price requirements
- Following up with contractors making sure to get acceptance from owner or consultants
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Follow company discount structure and delivery structure
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing sales information, and application trends (types and prices of every application) and presenting it to commercial /public sales manager
- Submit meeting forms to your manager
- Achieve target assigned by manager quarterly
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Full responsibility and supervision of sales engineer under your team (meeting forms, vacations, POs, target…etc)
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements, and persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Maintaining and developing existing, relationships with customers.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms, closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions, and offering clients adequate after-sales support services.
- Other duties will require administering client accounts, analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports for head office, meetingMinimum 6 years of experience in projects business
Bachelor degree in Engineering regular sales targets, recording and maintaining client contact data, and coordinating sales projects.
- Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships.
- Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.

- Negotiating tender and contract terms, closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions, and offering clients with adequate after-sales support services.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in projects business
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a must
- Post-graduate degree in Sales is plus
