Job Description
The main Presales role is to proactively support sales team in understanding, designing and presenting best-fit technical solutions in response to customer pain points
The successful candidate will:
- Understand customer requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs
- Provide technical presentations and solution discussions during the sales cycle
- Prepare technical offers that fully describe the solution
- Provide guidance to customers on latest solutions and become a trusted advisor
- Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
Job Requirements
- BSc in Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 2 years’ experience as Presales Engineer
- Strong Knowledge with Dell, HPe or IBM Enterprise Solutions
- Knowledge of Storage, Virtualization, HCI and Backup solutions.
- Preferable knowledge of SAP HANA hardware design
- Ability to present solutions to customers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen to customer , analyze customer requirements with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multi-task different projects at the same time
- Ability to learn new solutions.
- Fluent English is a must
