Job Description
- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter, etc. ...
- Screen the new candidates' resumes, and interview them coordinating with the HR department.
- Provide scripts to read from during different communication channels with customers.
- Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents.
- Resolve complaints and order issues related to a customer service specialist.
- Keep updated of new company products and services to introduce and suggest to customers.
- Issue refunds to customers related to customer service specialists.
- Oversee product exchanges and returns.
- Analyze data and statistics related to customer's needs, reactions and complaints.
- Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop a working mechanism to cope with the company’s status and requirements, coordinating with other departments.
- Train agents on how to adequately address problems over the phone or how to write correspondence and on new company products and services.
- Work with management on customer service initiatives.
- Act as an account manager to our clients.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implement an effective customer loyalty program.

- Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Business Administration or in any relevant field.
