A leading Architectural Design firm is Looking For A Motivated And Talented Individual, Senior Design Architect, With Strong Design Skills who are passionate about design and take leadership in the design concept.
- Presentation And Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, and presentation are necessary and the ability to describe architectural ideas by sketching and computer modeling in necessity.
- The qualified candidate must be able to quickly and readily generate concepts in a fast-paced environment.
- This position required excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written.
- He /she will use their high level of technical/computer design skills to turn ideas into reality.
- The ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment is a must.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Architecture
- 5-10 years of design experience required in residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
- Skills needed include creativity, code compliance proficiency and rendering.
- Proficiency in Revit, Auto Cad and rendering graphic software Lumion, Sketch Up, Photoshop and In-design is required.
- Portfolio of authored work required, projects should include full scope of work from concept design, design development and completed projects. Ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of design constructability is essential.
