Job Description
- Supervise in daily warehouse activities
- Update and maintain ERP system to ensure the inventory up to date
- Keep track of quantity, stock levels,delivery times,and transportation cost
- Follow up , coordinate and optimized full order cycle to ensure the workflow is smooth
- Managing small team , Motivating, organizing, coaching teamwork and offering assistance to promote employees moral and communication.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Revise and Ensure physical storing conditions of all items are set to be according to idle Storage procedures (codes, Locations, Quantities, cleaning and safety conditions)
- Implements any other task(s) assigned by Warehouse manager within the company's applied Policy and procedures
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management (preferably medical)
- Exposure to automated systems
- Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of MS office
- knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Highly organized
